The LPI Capability Map describes a range of skills essential for success in modern learning and development.
This free-to-use tool allows you to explore the skills in the Capability Map and to create a personalised profile using those skills you consider most relevant to your current role. As an individual, you are very unlikely to possess all the skills to any level of proficiency, but a department providing L&D services to a business should have access to them all, either internally, or via partners.
The Capability Map is designed to be a common language of L&D skills, meaning that it can be used for a range of purposes, including personal development, team development, strategic planning, and more.
